Senior Geologist

Rachelle received her BSc (Specialization Geology) from the University of Alberta in 2008. She is a registered Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). Rachelle joined APEX in 2008 and has over 14 years of experience in mineral exploration ranging from grass roots prospecting to advanced stage drilling and surface and underground mining operations. Rachelle has provided technical services for a variety of clients including project and data management, resource modelling and NI 43-101 reporting. She has experience in a wide range of commodities and deposit types including Archaean orogenic lode-gold deposits, Carlin-type gold deposits, sediment hosted copper deposits, intrusive and hydrothermal related precious and base metal deposits, unconformity style uranium deposits and hydrothermal graphite deposits across Canada and USA. She also has experience working the oil sands of the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and industrial minerals including Silica Sand (Proppant).
